To design compelling experiences, we always make sure we understand user personas through analytics and research, analyse the competition and best-practices, survey content and technology capabilities before drafting wireframes, information architecture, and user flows that will be used as the basis for graphic design.
Our approach is based on a user-centred design and mobile-first principles, so that systems are designed around people’s real needs. We carry out interviews and usability tests to understand the target user’s experience and browsing patterns. That way, we can suggest features, prioritize content, and guide the user’s navigation to patterns that meet the needs of both the company and the users.
Starting from the target audience - broader groups of users of your website, portal, intranet or app - we progressively define the profile of user Personas, fictional characters that embed the characteristics, traits, and beliefs of a typical user profile. Personas are designed based on a mix of analytics data, navigation patterns, customer data and user research.
To deeply understand and validate user personas’ profiles, traits, and behaviour Tinext can perform User Research activities tailored to the specific client’s needs. In particular, online surveys can collect quantitative data to validate certain hypotheses or characteristics, while in-depth qualitative interviews might tell more about users feelings and context of usage.
We analyse references and best-practices against business-relevant dimensions. This analysis is performed not just within the competitors but also with references out-of-market in order to come up with innovative and differentiating design concepts.
We take care of designing information architecture to respond to users’ needs, providing them with relevant information, reviewing hierarchies and avoiding information overload.
The user interface is the intermediary between the man and the machine. We design interfaces based on latest design trends and company’s branding guidelines to make sure they are aligned and consistent across all your digital touchpoints and with nowadays users expectations.
To make sure the UI designs we deliver actually work, we can execute user testing sessions to deeply investigate usability of designed screens and navigation patterns. One-to-one sessions with selected users shed lights on potential hurdles in adoption and will validate the designs or identify areas of improvement.
