User-centered and mobile-first

Our approach is based on a user-centred design and mobile-first principles, so that systems are designed around people’s real needs. We carry out interviews and usability tests to understand the target user’s experience and browsing patterns. Starting from the target audience - broader groups of users of your website, portal, intranet or app - we progressively define the profile of user Personas, fictional characters that embed the characteristics, traits, and beliefs of a typical user profile. Personas are designed based on a mix of analytics data, navigation patterns, customer data and user research.

Providing evidence with User Research

To deeply understand and validate user personas’ profiles, traits, and behaviour Tinext can perform User Research activities tailored to the specific client’s needs. In particular, online surveys can collect quantitative data to validate certain hypotheses or characteristics, while in-depth qualitative interviews might tell more about users feelings and context of usage.
